From Study Sweat to Graduation Grins

My Journey to a Postgraduate Licentiate Degree in Practical Homeopathy"

Hey there, fellow wellness warriors! Today, I'm here to spill the beans on my rollercoaster ride through the hallowed halls of furthering my Homeopathic education, culminating in the grand finale of graduating with my postgraduate licentiate degree from the College of Practical Homeopathy in London. Spoiler alert: it's been a wild ride, complete with late-night study sessions, a few moments of panic, and plenty of celebratory dance breaks along the way.

Let's rewind a bit to where it all began – the moment I made the decision to dive headfirst into obtaining my post graduate degree after graduating as one of the Founding Members of the Academy of Practical Homeopathy. Following a brief period of respite, I was yearning for even more education to be able to help my clients with their chronic conditions. Armed with a passion for holistic healing and a healthy dose of determination, I embarked on this epic quest armed with textbooks, notebooks, and more herbal teas than I care to admit.

Hours turned into days, days turned into weeks, and before I knew it, I was knee-deep in modules, case studies, and assignments galore. From dissecting complex symptoms to analyzing intricate case studies, each hurdle presented its own unique set of challenges – but hey, nobody said this journey would be a walk in the park!

But amidst the chaos and caffeine-fueled study sessions, there were moments of pure magic. Like the time I finally cracked the code on a particularly tricky case study, or the joy of seeing my hard work pay off in the form of glowing feedback from my tutor, the Director of the college (Som Jandu, pictured on the left).

Of course, no journey worth embarking on is without its fair share of curveballs. From battling writer's block while crafting my own Materia Medica and Therapeutics to the nail-biting suspense of submitting three case studies (each a whopping 30 pages long), there were definitely moments when I questioned whether I'd bitten off more than I could chew. But hey, what's life without a little challenge, right?

And then, just when I thought I couldn't possibly cram any more information into my tired brain, graduation day arrived – and let me tell you, the sense of accomplishment was unlike anything I've ever experienced. From the proud smiles of both my tutor and the founder of the college, Ellen Kramer (pictured on my right in the photo) to the heartfelt congratulations from friends and family, it was a day I'll never forget.

So here's to late nights and early mornings, to moments of triumph and moments of doubt, and to the incredible journey that led me to this moment. Graduating with my post graduate licentiate degree from the College of Practical Homeopathy wasn't just about earning a piece of paper – it was about embracing a passion, overcoming obstacles, and proving to myself that with enough dedication and determination, anything is possible.

Now if you'll excuse me, I've got a diploma to frame and a victory dance to bust out. Until next time, stay curious, stay determined, and never stop chasing those dreams – because who knows what magic lies just around the corner!
